In 2007, the Royal Lahaina Resort completed a $33-million refurbishment to the guestrooms and suites of its 12-story Lahaina Kai Tower. Each room received a $100,000 complete makeover resulting in new luxurious guestrooms and suites celebrating the artistry, environment and culture of Hawaii. The resort is located on an excellent swimming beach and has 3 swimming pools and jet spa.

Guest rooms have either a king bed or two double beds and feature a 32 inch high-definition flat-screen television, sound system with iPodŽ and MP3 player ports, high-speed Internet access, mini-refrigerator and shower only. All guest rooms are non-smoking.
