A spalling maintenance project is scheduled April 3 - Sep 15, 2017. Guests may be assigned to rooms being worked on, without access to the lanai. Work will be done Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, there may be some noise during the day. There may be a time period when the pool is closed, arrangements will be made to use the pool of a sister property. A $25+tax/day/room "Amenity Fee" will be collected from the guest by the front desk after arrival.
